Co. under the Food and Drugs Act, June 30, 1906./Serial No.8808. Side: 15 cents (covers the entire depth of the side) To the right: Brand of Lemon and/Vanilla Flavoring Extracts/are pure and full strengths. Bottom of the box is handwritten: OK/Oct. 1913
