Notes from a transcript by Mrs. Gardner Gray. it refers to Jonathan Guion's property owned before the Revolution and after the war was over the family retrned to the house and found it vacated and a large glass was found which they family had framed and kept in the fmaily . Hinnitt found a different version on the label attached to the mirror and the notes that were unpdated on the newer document did not justify keeping n the museum in Hinnitt's opinion.
