Wedding gown, circa 1910, ivory overlaid with pale beige sheer silk, Carrickmacross shamrock lace applique used at the yoke in a kind of fichu treatment forming cap sleeves over long sleeves and cuffs of the long sleeves.
Note: Carrickmacross is an Irish lace, the good luck shamrock was alos used as a motif on Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg's wedding dress.
