Two piece formal day dress, note attached to skirt stating it was worn by Eliza Margaret O'Conor Sloane, Bustles and Bloomers exhibit catalogue lists donor as "Bedell" and apparaisal listing states "associated with Mrs. E.A.P. Jackson. Late 1870s, brown/black pinstripe silk taffeta, long basque bodice trimmed with flate pleated ruffles of brown taffeta, brown crocheted covered buttons, very good condition except for splits to fabric.
