Context

By 1905, Keystone View Company of Meadville, Pennsylvania was the world’s largest stereograph manufacturer. When viewed through a stereoscope, the photographs on the cards appeared three-dimensional. These images show an unknown man in a rice field at Marrington Plantation, probably around the year 1900.
