Photograph album of the William J. Shore family, with many photos of his daughter Nellie Mildred Shore, later Nellie Ruckel, wife of Elmo F. Ruckel. Photos include Shore, his wife Nellie, the Ruckels' son Bill, other family members and friends. The Shore family had a house at 1405 Hearst, of which there are few photos, also the Ruckel house at1239 Allston Way. A few loose photos accompany the album, including a large print of the Sears house at 1428 Grove Street . Nellie Ruckel Shore annotated the back of a few photos in 1983. Accompanying this, a few Native Sons of the Golden West membership items for Shore, ca 1924-27, and a Berkeley High School graduation program, June 1943, showing Bill Ruckel as a graduate.
