The map shows the Berkeley Ferry Railroad: University, San Pablo, Bancroft, Ellsworth. With this; small photographic copy.
The verso has title: Map of the Leonard Tract, Berkeley. With text: The future great suburbs of San Francisco. Note indicates that Ch. Emslie will show property and act as agent. Also timetable for the Berkeley Branch Railroad. A few properties shown as sold, some with names of owners.
