The grayish car at right front is a 1941 Dodge, confirmed by Google. Behind it is a white 1937 Chevy. I don't think any of the cars with their backs to the photo are later. The photo could be any time after fall 1940 into WWII. All U.S. car manufacturing was suspended from February 1942 until the 1946 models. I would say early to mid 1940s. - George Petty
