Description on Postcards: The Granada building, facing the University of California at Bancroft and Telegraph in Berkeley, was designed in 1905 by Meyers & Ward of San Francisco. Still in the family of the original owners, the Granada's Mission Revival style (lost to building codes in the 1950s) is now being restored.
