Description

Loose coat or peignor of very fine ivory cotton lawn. Cut from one piece of fabric folded over at shoulders and seamed at sides. Open front and short cape like sleeves. Entirely hand sewn and hand embroidered. 15" side slits. All open edges are finished with scalloped embroidery. Elaborate floral embroidery on front; centers of flowers are drawn thread work.
