Plastic and metal button with inscription "Sakai Berkeley Student Exchange 1980" Button is red semi- opaque plastic with white and blue printing on front. Printing is slightly scratched. A metal clip with an attached safety pin are glued to the back. Sakai is Berkeley's sister city.
