Description

1966 Berkeley bicycle license plate: stamped aluminum, orange enamel with black lettering "Berkeley 1966 230"and black border. Slits and holes on either side to attach to bicycle. Metal bike attachment piece (thin broken metal strip) is laced through the two slits and stamped with "B.P.D. 2081". Issued to Arza E. Ralph.
