Description

Black cast-iron 4-legged flag stand. Painted black, but worn off of top side. Top side of stand features a large cross (around the center flag holder slot) with W, R, C, and a star in each of the 4 arms of the cross. Around the outer edges of the stand it says: '1883', 'Loyalty', 'Fraternity', and 'Charity'. (WRC stands for Women's Relief Corps, founded in 1883 as the women's auxiliary to the Grand Army of the Republic.)
