White, very fine cotton (voile) blouse. 6 button (1 button missing), front opening, square neck. Wide (4 1/2 ") square collar with lace trim and hand embroidery. Small tucks at shoulders in front. Mostly hand-sewn. Lace and embroidery at neck in front. Sleeveless. (may have had sleeves originally, but were cut off? ).
