Portion of decorative tile. Tile is baseboard on the main floor and runs up stairwell to second floor of the Veterans Memorial Bldg @ 1931 Center St. Polychrome tile: gold, coral and blue glaze design. The landmarked building is an example of the Classic Moderne style. It was completed in 1928 and designed by Alameda County architect Henry H. Meyers.
