Heavy navyblue wool doctor/nurse cape. Gold wool lining, velvet collar and double knot loop at neck to close. Worn by Dr. Louise Hector. She was one of the first women to graduate from medical school (1904 UCSF). Practised in Berkeley with her husband Dr. Robert Hector.
