Metal license plate, probably for a bicycle, in the shape of a poppy and painted gold & yellow. Numbers rusted and hard to read. May be 1917 and 13121 visible. Rusty. 3 holes for screws. Tied with a ribbon to 2 other licenses (see 1995.002.030 & 1995.002.032).
