Paper Note pad for Sather Gate Book Shop. Originally located on Telegraph Ave. In 1963 the retail store moved to Durant and institutional division to 6355 Hollis in Emeryville. The notepad shows Emeryville address and phone (415) 655-7279 and "Your California-owned Library Wholesaler". In the 1930's they were a publisher and around 1959 were apparently connected to U of C Press. Closed in 1973 or 1974. White paper and blue printing with a cardboard back reading Manufactured by "Itchy" The Scratch Pad King. Cardboard back has separated from paper.
