Round, metal and paper campaign button in black and gold: "HENRY RAMSEY for Berkeley City Council". Ramsey served on the City Council 1973-1977. He was on the law faculty Boalt hall (UC Berkeley) 1971-1980, a Superior Court of CA judge 1981-1990, dean of Howard University School of Law 1991-1996 and a civil rights activist and active in diversity issues (he was African American). b: 1934 d: 2014
