Description

Cardboard and metal cylindrical container with a pour spout on top for "Dr. Cornish's Tooth Powder". Also lid to open can is on bottom. Red and blue label, "with vitamin D and Fluoride since 1944". Container has a cardboard side and a metal top and bottom. Made by Cornish Laboratories in West Berkeley. Lab was owned by Dr. Robert Cornish, who lived on Dwight Way and was a child prodigy at UC. It was said he used an old Model T Ford on blocks with rigged belts to mix the toothpowder. He is better known for his experiments to restore life to the dead. (2 identical cans).
