Description

Two sided Fraternal Order of Eagles ribbon on metal support. Gold print, bald eagle symbol and fringe. Ribbon is blue on one side and black on the other. Reads on both sides: California Aerie No. 1423 F.O.E. Berkeley California. Black side also has "In Memoriam". Metal support shows "FOE" and eagle in red, white and blue. Their motto is People Helping People.
