Metal S shaped hook with wood (oak) handle. Hay Crook, hay hook tool. End of handle has a diagonal cut on one end for thumb.
Found in basement of house at 2154 Russell St. in 1970's. May have belonged to a previous tenant , Naylor C. Lee who lived there from 1943-1964 and was a shipfitter.
