The files are arranged alphabetically by name of street, then by address. Files on numbered streets are at the end of the list. Some buildings or areas without address ar interfiled alphabetically in the list.
The files vary greatly, ranging from a few sheets of basic information submitted by the applicant to larger files often with historical research and illustrations.
