Clock, tall case, circa 1780, made in London by Thomas Millington, beautiful fretwork at top, carved by hand. With unadorned white-painted face and representation of the hour '4', shown not as the Roman numeral IV but as IIII, common with London clockmakers of the period.  8'6" high. The sweep-second and date dials of this clock are both unusual. Located in the Living Room, near the fireplace.General Notes
