Pair of medals - British War Medal and The Victory Medal. Commonly known as Mutt and Jeff when worn together. Ribbons are on the wrong medals. Pair of medals were awarded to John Moore, who served in the Bermuda contingent of the Royal Garrison Artillery. Moore was sent to France in 1916 and returned home the following year. Mr Bermingham said Mr Moore’s medals were donated by “a relative who walked in one day off the street and gave them to us”. From RG 02Nov2018Category
