Livro dos Ex-Libris (Book of Ex-Libris)

Picture book of ex-libris, the term meaning "From the library of ..." a gift from Cecilia Mattos, in Brazil, handed to Bill in 2016 when she and her husband came to the USA to take in the Southern Graphics Council International Conference. She bought a Halfwood press from Bill in 2012 and became a fast friend, exchanging many emails and ideas. Ex Libris is a passion of Cecilia's and this book has hundreds of example of small prints which had been made or commissioned for owners of libraries. They are usually pasted in to the front of books and thus make the book more valuable because of the notable association with the owners' name and legacy.
