One of several studies Bill made for his proposal to execute a wall treatment for the Spokane Community College Multimedia Center. He chose themes selected from his career, including the later works inspired by his video art and computer graphics. He was selected for the commision because of his pioneering work with multimedia. The project was a joint effort by the college and the Washington State Arts Commission.
