Handmade Dogs 11
A hand-shadow dog originated in cyanotype, which was scanned and printed by an office copier, then laminated by chine-colle to etching paper on a copper plate whose edges were beveled and polished. With a fine pen point, Worley's poem was written around the perimeter of the embossing, with added tiny checkerboard patterns. Also, bones were painted with a fingertip and black etching ink.
