Washington State Art Commission, in cooperations with Spokane Community College, awarded Bill with a commission to design a wall treatment in the Multimedia Center on campus. He was chosen partly because of his pioneering work with multimedia in the 1970s while a professor of art at the University of Washington. His presentations include the one above, based on his computer graphics and video art.
