When doing my drawings along with the assignments I gave students at Shoreline College in 2003, self-portraits was one of the assignments and I donned my old Dusty Cann bowler hat and mustache for this one. Dusty Cann was my "alter ego" or imaginary sidekick in the making of videos, the old curmudgeon and know-it-all in printmaking.
