It is an artifact of Bill Ritchie's proposal for a franchise called "Sip 'N Print" which - if started - would compete with the sip and paint businesses. Consulting on this concept is not included in thie price of this box; however, ample data regarding the proposal is online and in Bill Ritchie's family art collection archives.
