Shaving Mug or Covered Shaving Mug

Shaving Mug or Covered Shaving Mug: This covered pot has the ash glaze I concocted as requirement of my ceramics teacher, Richard Fairbanks. I used the clay from the local canyon hillside for the ochre iron glaze. The “tea dust” purposed the jar for tea. It later became a shaving mug.
