Stone Set: An essay describing how divination from stones, eggs, feathers and shells could be accomplished if closely studied inspired the “games” series. Fingerprints and a stencil were used for the texture and shading. In computer terms, it is texture mapping in a very primitive sense.

General Notes

Note

Odd-shaped pebbles lie on a flat, sandy surface fading from dark to light. The pebbles appear to be textured and, on close inspection, the texture is fingerprints of the artist's and a daughter's.
