Billie Jane, drawn in a school classroom: I was invited to visit Matilda's classroom as an artist, and Billie Jane went with me and I drew this portrait. It may be the only one I drew of her and I had not seen it until Nellie, her "Janer's" younger sister, brought it out and photographed it with Lynda. I may have visited Matilda's classes starting in 2005, and used that visit to launch my screenplay, "Swipe." Good times!
