Context

At the house of Grandmother Meyerhoeffer, there were two china presses, the kind that the bottom two doors were solid wood, a drawer and the top two doors were of glass. One of these china presses belonged to Great Aunt Annie M. Shirey and her set of china was kept in this cabinet and I well remember when we would have family dinners at the home of Grandmother, she would use Aunt Annie's china.
