C. P. Rickett’s House

C. P. Rickett's House, built ca. 1868, Railroad Street in Lutesville.: Oldest residence in Lutesville.  (Razed around 2020)  The house may have originally been built by Eli Lutes.  Ferdinand Trautwein (1841 – 1909) and his family were the earliest known owners of the house located at the corner of Magnolia and Union Streets.  Trautwein operated a Magnolia Mill in Lutesville and was its first mayor.
