Artwork Not Painting or Drawing. Souvenir handkerchief with a stamped Liberty Bell on it. Accompanying note says it was made by US Bureau of Engraving and Printing at the 1926 SesquiCentennial Exhibition in Philadelphia. Sent by Bessie Norris to her uncle in Bolton.
