Postcard. Framed (5 x 7 1/4”) sepia postcard of Town Hall stage decorated for Memorial Day, 1902. Looks very much as if postcard was made from Everett glass plate, CD 0061). The decorating of the Town Hall was done by Mary (Mrs. Charles) Rich.
