FCB pencil sketch of standing partially draped female nude (Artemis?) front view, on rectangular brown tracing paper. She faces forward and her left leg is bent at knee and rests on a pedastal. Part of her torso and left thigh are draped. Her left arm is extended down, her right arm is bent up and holds an orb (the moon?) in her right hand. On her head is a Greek helmet. To her object right is the head of a dead stag. Outline is pierced with pin holes.
Template for o/c. Represents Artemis or Diana, goddess of the hunt and the moon(?). Collected at artist's studio in Beverly, Mass.
