Watercolor painting on paper features a scene looking out a red draped window at a quaint European town, possibly Rome. The drapes have red tassels and bouillon fringe. There is a French side chair and desk in the interior and buildings and sky seen out the window. It was one of a series painted by Frederic Clay Bartlett in 1931, while he was honeymooning with his third wife Evelyn Fortune Bartlett. Untitled.
