Description

The painted dappled gray wood horse has a leather saddle tacked in place and a horsehair tail. It stands on four dowel legs nailed into a rectangular wood platform with a hole in the forward end for a string. Shadows and tack holes on the underside indicate where axles for wheels were once attached.
