Notes: The pocket in the back of the book should contain seven plates: nos. 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 20, and 24; this copy is missing plates no. 13, 15, 20, and 24. However, photocopies of plates 13, 20, and 24 are stored in the museum's map collection as maps no. 15:3, 15:6, and 15:4, respectively. Plate no. 15 is missing in both this copy of the original [call # TC425 C6 L3 1916.1] and photocopy.
