The Jack Higgins and Tom Godbey families supplied Boulder City not only years of representation in the Nevada legislature, but also the two youthful halloween party dancers of early Boulder City schools. Beverly Higgin's dad, Jack, paved the way and was even speaker of the assembly. Tom Godey's father, Tom Senior, and his mother, Irma, did the Carson City honors during later years.Made/Created
