Color, 3.5" x 5.5" postcard depicting a narrow gauge, steam train, undated. The train in the front image is called "The Silverton," traveling in the Animas River Canyon in Southwestern Colorado. The train was a "Rio Grande" train, possibly part of the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad Company. The reverse side has been left blank, with a printed description of the image in the upper left corner. The post card was published by Transmountain Views in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. It was printed by Gillick Printing, Inc. in Berkely, California.Collection
