The front of the program has the City and County of Denver School District One seal, depicting a shining oil lamp with sun rays branching out over mountains. On the inside of the program, Board of Education members and administrative staff are listed, along with the program of the graduation. Various honor rewards, scholarships, and other distinctions are also listed, with the full list of graduates on the back. Ella Mitze was a Broomfield resident who graduated from North High School in 1928. She had previously gone to school at the Loraine School in Broomfield and Skinner Middle School in Denver; Broomfield lacked its own high school in the 1920s, prompting Mitze to seek schooling at Denver's North High. After graduating, Mitze moved on to nursing school at Denver General Hospital to pursue her nursing career.
