This is a combined video of both the 1959 and 1960 Broomfield Days.
1959
-This parade is likely showing the street called Midway
-Everyone seems to be having fun with the varieties of Marching bands and the people riding their bikes down the street in the parade
- in a red convertible is what is believed to be Miss Broomfield wearing a white one piece swimsuit.
-In a white convertible is Miss Lafayette wearing a ballgown with long white gloves. She has a tiara on her hear. The signs on the side of her convertible read "Miss Lafayette" and "Lafayette Days Aug 18, 19, 30"
- a horse wagon comes down midway.
- in the front seat is a lady wearing a floral dress with a bonnet and the
man is wearing tan pants, white shirt, black vest, a top hat and a beard.
Both look to be dressed in the style of late 19th century West.
- In the back are a boy and girl dressed as cowboys and cowgirl the girl has
a hat with a black ribbon coming off the back of it
- at the kids feet is a brown and white dog
1960
-The camera is filming across form an old gas station o 287 and midway behind the old gas station is the old fire house.
- three ladies wearing blue skirts and white shirts carry the Broomfield sign.
-There JAYCCE float covered in what looks to be flowers it goes up and makes a lady's shirt.
- There is a a white convertible with the names Carol Phillips and Jo Ereen Smith.
