A Christmas postcard, dated December 23, 1909. The card is 3.5" x 5.5" with a color, green and white pattern on the front resembling snow covered Christmas tree foliage. Two branches of holly with red berries are displayed, with an illustration of a snowy creek and trees featured in the center. "A Merry Christmas" is presented in shiny, silver lettering near the upper left corner.
The reverse side has "Post Card" in stylized lettering in the upper right corner near the postage stamp box. A message of Christmas and New Years greetings is handwritten in black ink from the writer, Gertie, from New Castle, Wyoming to her sister.Collection
