Scope and Content

Three stapled packets of research notes created and compiled by volunteers of the Broomfield Depot Museum, 1979. One packet is handwriten on notebook paper, the other two photocopies. The notes pertain to parts of Broomfield resident Joseph Huddart's life, including when he moved to Broomfield, life in Broomfield in the 1920s, events such as the robbery of Broomfield's bank, and details of his business, the Broomfield Lumber Company. The notes also include information on various Broomfield houses and buildings that were built in the 1920s in "Old Broomfield" along West 120th Avenue, with details on the individuals and families that lived in them. The volunteers spoke with Joseph Huddart and Glen Mosher as their sources.
