Video titled "The Story of the Brunner House". Digital MP4 file only. Filmed produced in 2010 by Discovery Church. The film opens with an interview with Clyde and Lester K. Brunner, who grew up in the house as children. Together they describe what Broomfield was like in the 1940s, and affectionately remember holidays and harvest time. Also interviewed are Lester's children Mark Brunner and Kelly Smith who describe the move of the house from 120th and Nash to its present location near Main Street. Helen and Renee Kozisek also talk about their family's farm, which was on the land the Brunner House now stands on. Diana Wilson talks about the process with the city of saving and moving the house, and how the community came together and volunteered their time and services to make the move happen. Debbie Fee then talks about the Broomfield Council on the Arts and Humanities (BCAH) and how they manage the space, lending the space to various organizations. The film then quickly talks with some of the groups using the space: Parenting Place, Broomfield Coral Festival, and the Broomfield Civic Corus. Nila Brummund makes an appearance and talks about her family.Collection
