Scope and Content

A Colorado State Firemen's Association membership card for Milton Mulligan, 1962. The card is 2.5" x 4.5" and green with line designs behind the text. Mulligan is certified as a member of the Association and the West Adams Fire Protection District. The names of Association members Mauritz Williams (President), E.E. Anderson (Treasurer), and Arthur J. Becker (Secretary) are printed on the front. The card opens to show additional information, including fingerprints and signatures from the West Adams County Fire Protection District Secretary Treasurer and Chief. The reverse side has information on date of birth, height, weight, blood type, and appearance for Mulligan, as well as a designated area for a photo. The card was printed by Allied Printing Trades Council, Denver, Colorado.
